Annual Manufacturing Operations Performance Summit To Be Co-Hosted With Reliability Web Solutions 2.0 Conference

Manufacturing industry visionaries to share insights for driving shareholder value through operations.

DAYTONA BEACH, FL - Informance International, together with Reliabilityweb.com, is hosting an Operations Performance Summit on November 17-19, at the Oceanwalk Village Hilton in Daytona Beach, Florida. The summit is an executive event for manufacturing leaders who focus on improving operations through initiatives such as lean manufacturing, six sigma and total productive maintenance. Guest speakers include operations executives from global companies like Akzo Nobel, Cargill, JohnsonDiversey, L’Oreal and Ventura Foods. Last year’s Operations Performance Summit earned accolades from attendees, speakers and sponsors for the strict educational focus and format designed to stimulate an exchange of ideas across manufacturing strategy, performance, and transformation.

Due to overwhelming demand for the manufacturing operations event, Informance has partnered with Reliabilityweb.com to co-host "OPS’09" together with Solutions 2.0, a reliability and operations education summit for manufacturing and organizational performance. The Solutions 2.0 conference is the premier educational conference for the manufacturing community, with a history of serving up to 1500 delegates annually.

According to Terrence O’Hanlon, publisher of ReliabilityWeb.com and creator of Solutions 2.0, "With this year’s conference, we have expanded the breadth of educational offerings with an added focus on manufacturing operations performance. Solutions 2.0 is a unique event because it blends a variety of disciplines across maintenance, predictive maintenance, lubrication and operations performance, giving manufacturing executives and practitioners an opportunity to stay current across a variety of topics and issues."

"This year’s lineup of industry visionaries and speakers will help us facilitate a dynamic exchange of ideas, best practices, and proven practical theories that executives and practitioners can leverage right away in their own companies," comments John Oskin, Executive Vice President of Informance. "Delegates will take back to their companies fresh ideas and new approaches to achieve operational excellence objectives."

During the summit, delegates will participate in interactive presentations by senior operations executives, as well as have an opportunity to understand the best practices of peers across the boundaries of their own manufacturing industry.
