ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT TEAM SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

Basic Function

This person will manage and execute the inbound qualification and outbound lead generation process for the Enterprise Account Team utilizing telephone, e-mail and direct mail techniques. His/her primary responsibility will be in developing and executing outbound lead generation campaigns. These campaigns will primarily be focused on InformanceƁs targeted accounts. The process involves gathering information and qualifying accounts for the Enterprise Account Managers.

Responsibilities

  • 60% of the time will be spent executing outbound lead generating campaigns primarily though telephone prospecting
  • 20% of the time will be building his/her own pipeline and managing short sales cycle deals
  • 20% of the time will be performing research actives and developing lead generating campaigns

Experience

  • Bachelors Degree minimum
  • 1-2 years of inside sales experience; preferably within the manufacturing software market
  • Excellent oral & written presentation skills
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Ability to converse with mid-level & C-level executives
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • A proven ability to consistently meet and/or exceed goals
  • Aspires to obtain a sales account management role with 1-2 years
  • Engineering background a plus
  • Manufacturing software or Business Intelligence background a plus
