INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Informance International, a leading provider of Enterprise Software for Manufacturing
Performance Analytics is seeking a highly motivated sale professional. The company
has offices in Redwood City, CA and Northbrook, IL.

Role Description
This person will manage and execute sales processes for the initial applications
of the Informance Enterprise solution. He/sheÁs primary responsibility will be in
moving prospects through the defined Informance sales process to execute pilot orders
in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- 60% of the time the person will execute outbound lead generating campaigns primarily
though telephone prospecting
- 20% of the time, the person will be building their own pipeline and managing short
sales cycle deals

20% of the time the person will perform research actives and develop lead generating
campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree minimum
- 1-2 years of inside sales experience; preferably within the manufacturing software
market
- Excellent oral & written presentation skills
- Excellent listening skills
- Ability to converse with mid-level & C-level executives
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- A proven ability to consistently meet and/or exceed goals
- Aspires to obtain a sales account management role with 1-2 years
- Engineering background a plus

Manufacturing software or Business Intelligence background a plus
