INFORMANCE AND NIBCO TO PRESENT A VIEW OF THE "HIGHLY OPTIMIZED FACTORY OF THE FUTURE" AT ARC MANUFACTURING FORUM

REDWOOD SHORES, CA — FEBRUARY 10, 2006 — Informance International, a leading provider of Manufacturing Intelligence solutions, announced today that the company will co-present with NIBCO INC., a leading manufacturer of flow control products, at the upcoming ARC Next Generation Manufacturing Forum at The Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando, FL, February 20-24, 2006. Informance is a corporate sponsor of the event which seeks to drive operational performance through innovation and collaboration.

During the event, John Hall, NIBCO°s Director of Lean Enterprise Systems, and John Oskin, EVP of Informance International, will co-present on Wednesday, Feb. 22 at 8:00am EST. The talk is titled "Highly Optimized Factory of the Future." John Hall will highlight key elements of a streamlined manufacturing environment from NIBCO°s perspective, and how Informance solutions are an integral part of the solution at NIBCO.
