INFORMANCE ADDS SEASONED SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVES

New additions will ensure customer focus as firm continues steady growth.

CHICAGO, IL — November 27, 2006 — Informance International, a leader in Enterprise Manufacturing Intelligence (EMI) software solutions, today announced the addition of two members to the executive team: Timothy C. McCarthy joins as the Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Sudy Bharadwaj joins as the Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President of Solutions Consulting (pre-sales); both will report to Sunil Singh, CEO and President.

"Our investors and stakeholders have seen Informance deliver significant value through rapid growth with marquee customers," said Mr. Singh. "Tim and Sudy will ensure ongoing customer focus as we drive sales and sustain growth with our world-class manufacturing analytics. We will depend on their expertise to lead sales and marketing efforts as the company continues to lead the market with next-generation EMI solutions."

Tim McCarthy has successfully built sales organizations to enable rapid growth for a number of global technology firms. As the former Vice President of Sales of SolArc, he developed and deployed direct and channel sales execution strategies throughout the Americas and established go-to-market strategies. Before SolArc, he was President of Field Operations for Fuzion, where he was instrumental in the sale of the company to McAfee, Inc. McCarthy was previously Regional Vice President of Sales at i2 Technologies, where he built the leading Americas geographic sales team and developed a notable client list that included Halliburton, Mary-Kay, and LSG SkyChefs, among many others. Mr. McCarthy helped Vantive Corporation drive sales efficiency and accountability as Global Channel Sales Manager with a team of account managers responsible for multi-million dollar accounts like EDS, General Motors, and Rolls Royce. With more than 20 years technology sales and leadership experience, Tim earned his B.S. in Business Management from LeTourneau University in Longview, Texas.

Sudy Bharadwaj was most recently Vice President and Research Director of Global Supply Management for Aberdeen Group, a prominent business technology research firm. Prior to Aberdeen, Sudy was the Vice President of Marketing and Solutions Delivery for MINDFLOW Technologies, a leading strategic sourcing solutions provider. During his time with MINDFLOW, Mr. Bharadwaj helped to lead the company toward a successful acquisition by Emptoris, a supply and contract management technology firm. While Mr. Bharadwaj was Director of Sales Consulting at i2 Technologies, he was a member of the management team that led the company to $63M in sales in 16 months, during an industry downturn. With nearly 20 years of business process leadership, Sudy earned his B.S. in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Key industry analysts who have kept an eye on Informance as a leading manufacturing analytics firm, have taken note of the growing management team, and most analysts expect an important product announcement within the next 30 days. Colin Masson of AMR Research commented that, "Enterprise manufacturing intelligence (EMI) is a hot topic for manufacturers and now is the time to put all real-time operational data into business context. Informance is among those with an EMI framework that offers the broadest support of the core capabilities [first] defined in 2003, which weÁll continue to assess against the extended set of criteria."
