The "DSONA" business unit of Cargill offers a range of food ingredients and value-added services for food manufacturers around the world and is a recognized leader in producing safe, consistent, economical food ingredients. Together with Informance, the Cargill Dressings, Sauces & Oils team will focus on some of the unique challenges that process manufacturers face in order to boost performance, using Informance Process Edition for real-time analysis of process variables and equipment conditions.

"Informance has a proven track record of delivering results in this industry, and for other Cargill business units," comments Steve Rieke, vice president of Operations for Cargill DSONA.
